I was wondering how to build endurance properly. I'm a fat bastard and I'd like to be able to run for more then 2 minutes at a time.
Any good advice/Good starting supplements?
Note: My largest problem right now is I run out of air. It's not the pain in the legs, as I can run through the pain, but I run out of air super fast.

That's some good advice, thanks Stew!
For endurance, should I increase the amount of time I run in each burst, or rather decrease the amount of time I rest (Other then both of course).
On a side note, wow. There were 400k+ more replies in the teenage section then in the over 35 section. I can definitely see the cons of posting here, though.
