Possibly, but it has more of a chance of being stopped by a wall than buckshot.

A) Let's see the ballistic profile and evaluation of the buckshot tests you're using as evidence in your claim. Oh, what's that? These claims AREN'T based ob empirical evidence?
Buckshot is round and slow-moving, with a poor penetration quotient. Flat surfaces are going to break up its velocity with haste. Nevermind how farfetched the notion of a .00 load penetrating a person AND a wall, then having enough force to kill someone is.
B) How badly are you planning on missing this hypothetical attacker that you're firing into paper walls?Near, far, wherever you are...
...I believe that the heart does go on.
Once more, you open the door.
And you're here in my heart.
And my heart will go on and on.

Posted link above. Birdshot was stopped by the third layer of sheet rock, buckshot was not. And again, I live in a pretty small apartment with units on all sides of me, I would be hesitant to fire any shots unless absolutely necessary, the chances of penetrating with any kind of round into a neighbors apartment is pretty high.

If it will penetrate an attacker enough to reliably stop them, it will penetrate interior walls.
Birdshot is not a reliable stopper.

Especially from a close range. I dont know why I'm getting so much hate for considering my living conditions and wanting to at least minimize the risk of collateral. I carry a .45, I'm all about more stopping power if the situation allows, I just wouldnt feel comfortable firing a .45 or buck shot in my apartment, granted the chances of someone trying to break in to my poverty apartment is pretty low either way so it is almost a moot point, I keep both bird and buckshot on my shell holder of my Maverick.S/B/D—185/165/205 (sumo w/ straps)

i know it wasn't directed towards me but... I picked up the LE6920 FDE anodized and love it. shoots anything i put in it and i haven't had a single jam. Great gun, it was actually my first Colt and I am really glad i picked it up. As far as accuracy it is great, i have just been using the iron sights and have a decent grouping at 100 yards.
