I switched to Olympic lifting since i joined track and field and im noticing im losing weight. i was 215 before and now im 205. My strength hasnt really changed, but my size has. Im eating a lot already, but do i need to eat even more then? Should i be doing two workout a day where one is for strength and the other is for bulk? I dont want to be skinny....hahaha.
help!

The answer to you question is no you will not bet big by ONLY doing the Olympic lifts or following a true weightlifting routine. Now that's not saying you won't have any muscle growth at all but it will be very slow and only in certain areas (Shoulders, legs, lower back, and traps. look at most body builders wide backs decent traps and very under developed chest. (yes there are exceptions)
The reason for this is because some exercises have a negative affect on the classical lifts (Ex. Benching makes your chest and shoulders tight and your snatches will want to stay out front. Too much OHP will kill your shoulders for the jerk) I wrote this in direct response to your question about a weightlifting routine.
There are other routines out there that will allow for muscle and strength growth, Glen Pendlay wroth a great article on this "Training for the super total"
