Sumo Deadlifts:
135 10 reps
185 10 reps
225 10 reps
315 5 reps
405 1 rep
I usually do sumo with my toes pointed out, shins 4-5 inches from the bar before I bend down, and my toes about 2-3 inches from the plates because I lift barefoot and I don't want to smash them. Everything is difficult coming off the floor but once I get it past my knees it's a sure thing. I decided to try conventional today and was surprised to find the opposite held true(Locking out was the hard part). The distance the bar had to travel was a lot farther and I felt it a lot more in my hamstrings rather than my glutes. I'm going to switch back and forth between sumo and regular until I have the same amount of strength in both. I also feel it'll help bring up my weaknesses in both.
Conventional:
405 5 reps (almost fell over. The bar broke off the ground a hell of a lot faster than expected.)
475 4 reps
475 5 reps
All in all a very interesting day.

I tried going for a new beltless pr today. My brother said I was an inch or so high so I'm not counting it. I also tried walkouts with heavy ass weight. I figure if I can unrack and walk out with weight that heavy while keeping my tightness then anything lower than that will feel easy. I'm not gonna lie it felt like it was going to crush me.Check out my log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=148603243

I took two days off of lifting because on Saturday morning I went to help an elderly woman at my church with house work. Her husband passed away and she doesn't have kids or anyone to help her out so I spent most of the day driving in fence posts, cutting and hauling lumber, putting up wire on the fence, weed eating, etc. I spent about 4 hours driving in posts and really messed up my hands. I have 14 blisters on my thumbs, fingers, and palms right now. I actually popped a few of them while lifting today. I didn't even realize it until I felt blood and pus dripping down my arms while doing OHP. So yeah it sucks that I missed a few days of lifting and ****ed up my hands, but it was worth it to help out someone who really needed it.Check out my log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=148603243

Solid session. It felt so good to be back in the gym. The only problem I was having was while warming up for bench. My lower back started tightening up and ended up cramping up on my warm up set with 205. I racked it and rolled off the bench and stretched it out for a bit. It was ok after that.Check out my log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=148603243

20 reps with 315 woohoo! My lower back is going to be hating me tomorrow, but it was worth it. I'm tired of deadlifts and want to progress more on my squat at the moment. So I'll be doing squats twice a week instead of alternating them with deads. I don't know how long I'll be doing it for, but I'm not worried about my deadlift numbers going down because squats seem to carry over incredibly well to deads.Check out my log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=148603243
