did stationary bike last night and the night before for 40 minutes. down to 219. also cutting out ton of food prob eating 2k cals or less... broke out my amino acids.

Impossible for me to get skinny fat brah. Just skinny. Feel tiny already down to 218.

Nah. Still got random twinges in it. Didn't do any RC work yesterday (after cardio I was shaking and felt sick so I didn't bother doing any thing afterwards). I have all mobility. It's in the side/front side of my medial delt and it HURTS. I haven't a clue what it is.

....... jk! You probably feel 'tiny' but you must have dumped a lot of water and maybe a couple of percent bodyfat so you're probably looking leaner and bigger to everyone else in the gym. Mostly water weight I dropped so I deflated a bit. Not too worried. Look a bit harder than usual. Legs are cutting up. Shoulder feels fine, did chest the other day and back the day after. Killed my self pretty well. Haven't felt doms like this in months lol...
Kind of went off track on the weekend with beers lol went out two nights in a row. Got up to 214 but now back to 210~http://tiny.cc/GoldenEra

Did an hour of modest cardio.. don't think my heart rate went past 110 lol. Cycling with leg doms sucks.
Got some stupid strength test tomorrow for class so no gym tomorrow.... Lol gonna see what I can flat bench... Shoulder better hold the Fuk up *~*

Not that kinda class. No one lifts. I didn't wanna do anything anyway, my shoulder can't take flat benching.
I seriously really hate it. The teacher is just WTF gritting the **** out of my teeth while I get through it..... currently writing up resume cause I'm officially out of money... lol going to be so desperate for any kind of job.

bit of a scare today lol inb4 brain aneurysm. If I stop posting you'll know that I have died while lifting weights and you shall carry on my legacy. My will is to give all my worldly possessions to the homeless and supplements to my dog.
Pupils were HELLA dilated when I got to the golds and I got a mad head ache over my eye when I left the gym... felt like blacking out entire work out (actually collapsed on the ground for a minute lol)
Not sure if it was caused by dehydration or because I used a pre workout. Was pretty iffy. Feel better now and head ache is gone... gonna keep a really close eye (lol) and see if my vision gets any worse too. Left eye has been starting to **** up.... but I have no dizziness of nausea. Just some spatial **** ups.. walking through the supermarket the other day I couldn't focus on my peripheral vision. my left eye keeps twitching and I can feel **** thrashing around. I wonder if it's some kind of worm or bacteria. I did have an infection/eye dryness a few weeks ago that I took regular drops for. It took the pressure away but my twitches maintained.

Which PWO were you taking? The older MDAA supps could have profound effects but the newer ones are mainly caffeine/guarana with Taurine etc. You could still OD on caffeine and dehydration doesn't help. I still have a stash of the old Jack3d but I've stopped taking it because I get very light headed when I train in the afternoon (because I'm taking it on top of at least 5 double shot coffees). The other thing is you were probably full of adrenaline after doing the heavy pulls and then rushing to the gym

Great lifting though in front of the class to hit the 535 x 3. Most of your classmates would have been wide-eyed seeing that. Huge strength on those UH pulldowns

I was taking GAT Nitraflex. I have been STIM and caffeine free for over 3 months b but I am very well versed with caffeine and this product.... Last year I went through about 6 tubs of it! I had no water today, like literally none. I started drinking water when I got to the gym and finished my 2 Litre. Im going to finish another 2 litre right now. My hands are extremely cold which never happens.... and jittery. I guess I'm not tolerant to caffeine anymore since going cold turkey? I will still get my head checked out though.
Thanks. Yeah it was fun. Not a PR but I am close to 20 lbs lighter than I was before I pulled 535 x 4. I know I had 585 if I didn't do the 535 for 3 before. It was a solid lift but I just couldn't get past the knees.
Yep starting to lean out. I've lost some size in my arms, like over an inch! Down to maybe 18.5 warm and 18 cold. Maybe even smaller not sure. But I am leaning up, starting to see my serratus/lat insertions with some vascularity on my lats. Biceps are starting to look a bit more separated and vascular. I've gained almost 2 notches on my weight lifting belt. I am close to maxing it out. Going to have to punch some new holes into it me thinks!

Yeah it sounds like the caffeine hit and the dehydration conspired against you. Pretty solid effort keeping off the caffeine for 3 months though
I'm cutting back on my caffeine now --- before the vacation I was on a minimum of 5 double shots per day plus PWO; since I came back only 1 per day and no PWO. just had 3 cappuccinos and me head is splitting
