pull downs 6 sets up to 250 back down to 195
machine low row 6 sets up to 4 plates back down to 3, nothing under 15 reps.
db pull over up to 110 for 3 sets 7-10 + 70 x 20
machine high row up to 130 back down to 90 nothing under 15 reps
bunch of bicep ****, pull ups. more biceps, some tricep overhead extension behind neck, reverse curls.
