ABOUT ME:
I am a college baseball player at a D1 school in NC. I am 20 years old and have been lifting for over 5 years total, and bodybuilding specific for about 1.5 years. I am currently clean bulking to add some lean mass! My current workout split includes my own workouts, as well as conditioning and weightlifting workouts with my team trainer! Another important thing to not is that last week I pulled my right hamstring during practice so I will also be rehabbing every day. I love doing legs in the gym so I am dying right now not being able to do them! Hopefully I will be back at it in 2-3 weeks! Here is a look at my tentative schedule for the next week or so (could easily change):
Monday: Abs/Calves/Forearms(Circuit), No Practice
Tuesday: Team Lift(Upper Body-Light) & Team Practice
Wednesday: Chest(Heavy)/Triceps(Light)

It's an amazing stack! I especially like it pre workout. I only got to use it like this for one week because I cut pre workout carbs to get ready for a shoot but that week was one of the best I've had in a long long time. Just felt like a machine and the pumps were unreal!

Finally got the video to upload!!! Here it is!
Initial Thoughts:
This is really ALL I expected and MORE! The flavor is really strong without being overpowering! It has a great flavor that tastes something like I would expect if I blended up a ton of strawberries in to a glass of fruit juice. It has a natural flavor that is not chemically whatsoever. It even has a bit of a creamy taste like a creamsicle bar made with real strawberries (not oranges). The aftertaste is even delicious! Very sweet, however not overpowering.
Initial Ratings:
Smell: Smelled nice and natural. Strong scent of strawberries n' Cream in the air 10/10
Mix-Ability: Mixed very well with just a few shakes. 10/10
Taste: Awesome. 9/10
Consistency: The consistency was a bit "grainy" but in this case that worked in its favor! The graininess made me feel like I was drinking a blended strawberry smoothie because when you blend all the fruit it gains a grainy texture from all the little seeds. 9/10

10/9: Rehab & Recovery Day
Tuesday was a nice chill day. Got an early rehab session in that was focused more on getting me back "up to speed" with my hamstring injury. I also got a full body stretch and a deep tissue massage from the team therapist.
Rehab/ Conditiioning:
1. Cycling: 10 minutes at a quick pace
2. High Knees: 6 sets of 15 yds
3. Butt Kickers (very gentle and slow pace): 6 sets of 15 yds
4. Walking Lunges: 6 sets of 15 yds

Today was crazy! My team trainer set up a sick little circuit with some bodybuilding type moves mixed with some explosive exercises! I almost yacked during the rope swings! ha
I also did a rehab leg session with some light leg curls, leg extensions, light RDLs and some jogging.
