Experimenting with different lifts now. I've got a 7mm right now but it needs to be higher. As soon as the lift gets figured out, I have to get orthodics made. It's pretty f*cking awful. Training has basically turned into, "what can I do today and still be able to walk tomorrow."

Yup, if i didn't i wouldn't be able to get out of bed. I sit a lot, im tall and then i lift. I love being man handled by a 6'5 icelandic woman, a bit scary at first. But seriously i try to do it regularly, just like getting an mot for your car.
Try to find someone good and not just someone who wants to rinse your for all that you have.ill rep you if you're using common sense
