Yeah I really wish I was 100lbs down and at my desired weight, oh well just got to keep my nose to the grind. I'm actually looking forward to meeting people That I haven't seen in a while, to let them see the change. Thanks for the kind words do, 70 other people read this and said nothing!

Definitely, its a way of life now, no going back, thanks for the encouragement.
Thanks man feels great finally getting the 100lbs down. 190lbs damn man thats incredible, congratulations!
Yeah man just send me a pvt message with any questions you have and I will answer them as best I can
Yeah its tough but I find the longer your doing it the more normal it feels and all those bad habits are left in your past. Well done on your loss!
Thanks man, well I had a mini goal set a few months back of 250lbs by the end of november, I weighed in this morning at 252.8lbs ha so im pretty sure im gonna make it before the end of november, probably be 250 next sunday.
I dont really have any weight that I want to lift by a certain time. My deadlift is only at 266lbs at the moment but im adding 5lbs every workout.
I lift mon, tue, wed, thurs, sat and cycle m, t, th, fri, and sat for 40 minutes. Doing a push pull at the moment using 3x5's for compounds and 3x10's for accessory lifts. One man has enthusiasm for 30 minutes, another for 30 days, but it is the man who has it for 30 years who makes a success of his life.

Hey I started out on a low carb diet doing cardio for 2 months, then on third month started lifting, m, t, w, th, s and continued cycling 5 days a week. Then switched to a low calorie diet (which is in my opinion far easier to stick to by far) educated myself on how calories work and hey presto. after that its just a case of dedication. i eat what i want on sundays like chinese beef currys with fries but thats my off day, i eat as i wish. oh yeah weighing your food is a must, knowing how much calories your taking in and not what you think your taking in goes a long way.
