Okay... I am doing Keto and I seem to be gaining a lot of strength and size. Ive put on 14 lbs of lean mass in the last year. I am at 19% BF but i would like to be a lot lower. Is there any prohormones that will help me burn my BF while increasing my size (probably need a miracle) ... My other question is this? I know that 1ad is legal to use but if you take to much you will test positive for steriods correct? So what is the difference in taking real steriods when it comes to testing positive. Couldnt I just say Im taking 1ad and Nortesten?
