Im new to lifting just 3 months in and everything justin said about training/diet ive been doing that exact thing. Glad to hear he confirmed my question about "do you need to lift a certain weight" and he said you dont as long as you're feeling it and progressively overloading...while miscers tell me i should be DLing 500lbs already lol.
Actually pretty happy right now and very motivated.
It just reaffirms I am on the right track...cheers for this valenzuelatech....srsly very good.

Great vid vtech really well put together.
Justin seems like a really nice down to earth guy.
Looks so good.
Arms were huge after those DB curls and over the years his quad sweep got crazy improvement.
Great motivation to stay natty.

First off: AMAZING EPISODE brah!
Production level/quality seem really good.
Only criticism: be careful with audio levels - sometimes the backdrop music piece was waay too loud to make out or focus on the interview and commentary.
Will watch every ep/10
Also, both in OP and in the video, you should add the height to the stats. Weigth is meaningless when you don't have that factor to put it in relation.
