I went snowboarding on 8th of September. The following Monday was meant to be my 3rd week of my second cycle on the 5/3/1 program.
I was meant to do 135kgs for 6 reps on my AMAP set for squats but on my 3rd set using 100kgs I couldn't unrack the bar haha im so depressed because every single workout leading up i had been breaking pr's.
I took a week off last week and today i went to the gym all prepared and ready but it got even worse: I unracked 90kgs and got stuck on the bottom so i had to gently put the bar down on the rails. So embarrassing, i am not joking.
What to do, what to do? Please tell me what to do?

I offer empathy but no advice. I just finished my third cycle of 5/3/1 (BBB) after doing a 3-lift in July. I've been crushing rep PRs most workouts so I figured my maxes would have gone up. I'm re-testing my maxes and so far, all of them are lower than my meet PRs. I am not impressed by my performance.
