It's going well. I started working with a trainer about a month ago -- started very slowly because I haven't been doing much of anything -- and worked out today on my own. I'm starting to enjoy it again. Thanks for asking! Missed you too! And all is well. I'm enjoying my empty nest life, love my dog ( ) and have a granddaughter who is going to arrive any day now. Life is good! Hope yours is going well!

So against my better judgement and what I preach...
I did do the super sets of bench press and bent over barbell rows. I wanted to get 10 sets in. About 7 sets I started seeing stars and felt a little queezy.
I kept pushing on and think I did 13-14 sets. I felt very jittery and sick to my stomach by the time I was done. Only did a few "lighter" sets of biceps and triceps. Saturday I should be back on schedule and regular shoulder work will be done. Legs Sunday.

Quick update to an almost dead journal...
Today I put 315 pounds on the floor. I picked it up 10 times. Did this a few times.
Yup, I'm still alive and at it!!!!!!

LOL yes deadlifts. 
I did do some pull downs and seated cable rows as well.
Biceps were dumbell curls and some hammer strength preacher curls.
Taking tomorrow off.

You must have scared that guy off and he drove to my gym. Seriously, belted up in the rack w/ 25's on each side. Doing some kind of one legged calf raise/10% squat depth squats. Like you, I just went to the other side of the gym.

All I can come up with is that people are silly. A guy with very broken english decided to become my friend one day. He starts talking to me. He didn't get that I was ignoring him at all. He then finally gets my attention by standing right in front of me. He sez... They say go to Amarika you'll find money everywhere. So he tugs on my shirt and points to the floor where a nickle and two pennies are and sez see, it's true it's true. I didn't know wut to say or do. So I just said cool and proceeded to do my next set.
