I need to wrap my head around bodybuilding as much as possible right now. I thought starting a new journal would help.
Today was back day. I am down to 155lbs this morning from 165 a few months ago.
405 deadlift this morning....
What I looked like a few weeks ago...
I am a Browns fan so, if I get really pissy on Sundays or Mondays you know why.
I bowl on two leagues... Goal is to finish both leagues with a 200 or better average. I'm currently at 192 and 194 on them.
As much as I like misc stuffs... I will not take the challenge to drink my piss like zed.
So with that bein said... Weightlifting / diet comes first in this journal, sports talk is allowed and misc stuffs as long as it makes me lol. No lol you get the neggzorz and told the GTFO!!! ok maybe not. Let's get this shyt going!!!!!

In on this!
Gotta see what us more 'vertically challenged' guys can do!
Great looking deadlift, and great looking pic! Arms, shoulders and chest are huge and strong in that vid........I know I said it before, but you look more like 175 than 155"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

Browns fans aren't kind. We are ruthless SOB's!!!!
Not that we are born that way....
It's mainly from all the heartbreak over the years.
Getting negged for doing "good" IN MY OWN F'n journal.... I can see this is gonna be a looong hard journey. Isn't it?!
Welcome in guys!!!!
Scheduled off day at the gym today. Got bowling in a couple hours.
Shoulders and traps tomorrow.Every day counts.

Yup, thinking about the Natural Ohio again. Close to home and it is a really good show. I'll look into the NMA. I never competed in that organization.
Not sure Tom is interested anymore. I really think he has great potential to do really well though if he stuck with it. How is the back doing, squatting now?Every day counts.
