I also wanted to recommend some Barbell stationary lunges for one of your leg dayz. I'm sure with your vast experience that you have had them in a program before. Curious why you don't do them.

Matt, Since I saw you last in Pittsburgh.... I haven't been phucking around. It's been pretty much all bidnez in the gym!!!
I can not do stationary lunges. It hurts my knees too much for some reason. Just as Leg presses... I can't do them anymore either. Even with just one plate on I am in pain for days in the groin area. This has been ever since I had my vasectomy.

I looked into that show. The thing that scares me a little is the weight classes. Even as a bantam I give up almost 10lbs to guys in my class. In the NMA I will be most likely giving up almost 20lbs.
As for my progress right now... I do see some improvement. The thing is that I am no where near where I thought I would be at this point though.
I would be lying if I were to say I'm not starting to get a little frustrated right now with my progress. I'm still going to keep at it until the end of the month and then evaluate where I stand. I will have a better handle of my condition menatlly and physically if I'm gonna compete in the spring at that point.
Every day counts.

This is a universal problem, Carl. Just gotta keep your shoulder to the wheel. You can only do your best; after that, what'll be will be.
No brain, no gain.
You can't out-train bad nutrition.

Notre Dame has a real good defense. I say it's up to McCarron to shine if BAMA pulls off the victory. I'm willing to bet that it will be a very entertaining game.
I'm sitting here thinking what I'm going to do... No football tonight and a bogus Army Navy game tomorrow.
I am jacked for sunday though... It can be a 3 game winning streak for the Browns!!!!. Going against former couch, Qb and running back...
Romeo, Quinn and Hillis. Hillis was a total distraction to the team and brought them down when he was here. I want the Browns to kick the living crap out of them!!!!!

That Notre Dame team reminds me a lot of OSU 2002, basically they win ugly as hell for the most part. Bama should roll them, but you never know. Saben should keep Bama focused on the task unlike what Coker did back than. Miami was planning a ton of parties and the players were already worrying about what they were doing after the game back then.

The lifting is all looking good --- you seem to have gradually upped the volume on all of the main lifts
Volume on squats and those HS shoulder presses is huge
Are you still sitting around 150?

OSU was a very good team then. This year they weren't supposed to be as impressive as they turned out. They will only get even better the next couple years. Too bad that they took the penalty this year for not being able to enter any bowl games. Should have taken it last year. It is what it is. Watch out 2013!!!

Yes, I have increased volume across the board. It worked will for me over the years... why not go back to it.
I'm between 152 - 154. I just can't seem to get under 152 for some reason. My waist has trimmed down a 1/4" the past 10 days though. That is a little positive reinforcement towards my goals. My best conditioning is when I get my wait to about 28". It is close to 33" right now. A LOT to go to get to where I need to be.

5 inches to go I wouldn't have thought it. What did you weigh in peak condition?
And nice job on the benching

I'm pretty sure I was about 140 here...

Edit:
And about 5 lbs lighter stage ready...

See after getting at a lower weight each pound make a HUGE difference. Tanning helps some also

Geez.......you carry your weight well. Broad shoulders and narrow hips really add to your aesthetics
When I see you at 135 it makes me scared to think how low I'd have to drop to ever stand on stage
