The rehab's going well. The real test is always how the knee feels 24 hours after a squat workout. What I'm looking for is a trend of less soreness on each of those occasions.

Damn Tuan those are some strong squats for rehab, sounds like the knee is getting better. Did you ever go see a doctor or anything for it, or do you know what the problem was?

Isn't it nice when you start getting more warmed up, and the sets get easier?
First set's got you thinking "ah ****!" Second set is like "yeah, no problem!" And third+ you're about ready to destroy anyone.
