Did you mean squats from that video? Thanks man.
Lol the only picture I challenged you guys on so far was Ken from Street Fighter.
Thor was my favorite Marvel super hero growing up.
Thanks Ricky! Knee felt pretty good
Thanks Woody! I should have stuck with 250 for singles on bench but couldn't help myself
The squats weren't hard, but they just didn't feel as smooth as I wanted ... and I have to keep up with your rack pulls
Sorry man did I wake you up when I got out of bed?
Thanks bros! The pause PR was just for fun since I don't pause bench much## chillin at home crew

A step backwards is better than a setback.
If this (insert whatever trivial thing that is upsetting me) is the worst thing to happen today, I'm going to have a great day.

... +5 from last time I did this two weeks ago. Weight wasn't heavy but my endurance was lacking a little. Not hard though.
Notes
* So I was having a bad weekend, between still being a little under the weather - had no appetite on Friday and Saturday and lost some weight as a consequence - to some personal stuff at home. Went to the gym to blow off some steam.
* I was feeling tired at the beginning of the first session, but bench strength seemed okay during warmups. Since I'd failed 325 twice now, I figured I'd take a baby step from 320 and use the micro-weights for 322.5. The rep was slow but I locked it out Unfortunately, there was a PT training a client nearby (on a Sunday!) so I couldn't set up for a video of that. They were done right after, so I was able to record the 300 paused single.
* The 345 volume squats were not difficult but my endurance definitely is not fully back. There was a strength drop after the first three reps of every set.

Nice job with bench. Hopefully everything kicks back into line soon with your endurance. Even though Squats is a power move it sucks doing when you don't have the endurance to back it up (similar issues for me, but from my asthma acting up with the very hot/humid weather)

After a few failed attempts, I needed to see some progress on the bench Thanks Woody.
LOL that 322.5 was heavier than I expected! Might have stalled out if I had tried 325 again lol
I got my appetite back yesterday and felt good last night. Hopefully that means I'm over the final hump. The two big workout days are Sunday and Thursday so I have some time to get back to full strength.## chillin at home crew

Microloading FTW.
Great work on the bench, etc. Fun to come in here and see the intensity.

* Since I haven't done yesterday's workout video yet, I'll combine today's two clips in with yesterday's clips to make one video.
