Notes
* Had a great night of sleep Monday (thanks HGH-Up ) and woke up feeling quite a bit better. Still have a little cough but shouldn't last too much longer. More importantly, my endurance is recovering.
* Bench strength is coming back. Dunno if I'll be 100% for a max attempt on Sunday, but yesterday's workout was encouraging.
* Had to do some light squats to test out my left knee. Didn't feel any pain## chillin at home crew

I finally got some time to make the video from last Sunday's workout.
This is the workout when I felt a tweak in my left knee. Notice on the squat set, I took a slightly longer pause after the third rep. That was right after I felt it. When I felt it again (and worse) on the fourth rep, I stopped the set.

Awesome stuff Ken, and good call on racking it after the pain. Don't want to aggravate something.

Like the background music and t-shirt you were wearing. Everything seems great until that set squat set. Hope it's completely good to go now again man.

Notes
* The Thursday afternoon session was okay, but I was tired and not focused at all during the night session. Cold is almost gone but my strength hasn't completely returned yet.
* Squat form felt off. I was scatterbrained and couldn't hit all my cues consistently. The recent knee problem was also in the back of my mind the whole time. Instead of 405x3, I decided to hit singles at 405 and 425 to be on the safe side. Looking back over the videos, I could have done 405x3 if I had gone for it. The good news is that my left knee felt fine, even during the heavy singles
* Hudson and the main assistance exercises were okay, although my speed off the ground during the 365 singles was a little slow.
