I need help! I'm currently trying to switch to a five day split for gaining mass. So if anyone with a five day split could reply with your routine I would greatly appreciate it thanks!

Why are you making 2 threads with pretty much the same question??
If you wanna gain mass then eat, training has nothing to do with gaining mass. If you workout your ass off in the gym you still won't grow if you don't eat enough.Getting me some gains

I mean: training breaks down the tissue, its a catabolic process. Rest and nutrition builds muscle. If you eat below TDEE you ain't gonna build no muscle. PLs in lower weight classes are pretty lean. What I'm trying to point out is people's mistake in trying to find a bulking routine. **** there is no such a routine, to bulk you need to eat. Nuff said.Getting me some gains

I've agreed with you on multiple subjects before, so please do not take this as an insult. I agree that training breaks down muscle. I also agree that rest and nutrition builds muscle. I do not agree with you when you tell me that there is no such thing as a bulking routine.
If I were to try and gain maximum mass in the shortest period of time, I would not do a 5 day isolation split. I would hit my body hard and heavy with a 3 day full body split, focusing on heavy compound lifts
