So I guess bill starr's intermediate 5x5 program allows the choice between incline or military press.
I'm not really sure what to pick.
The weakest&smallest parts of my body are my chest and delts/shoulders, so it's kind of hard to pick between one or the other.
What do you guys think?

When I ran Bill Starr's 5x5 I used the standing military press because it not only works the muscle groups you mentioned, it will also strengthen your core.I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
