Incline bench or military press for Bill starr's

So I guess bill starr's intermediate 5x5 program allows the choice between incline or military press.

I'm not really sure what to pick.

The weakest&smallest parts of my body are my chest and delts/shoulders, so it's kind of hard to pick between one or the other.

    What do you guys think?

    Incline will work both.
    No brain, no gain.

Personally I would go with OHP purely for the work for the delts to keep your shoulders healthy whereas incline will mainly hit front delts but have a better carry over to flat bench

When I ran Bill Starr's 5x5 I used the standing military press because it not only works the muscle groups you mentioned, it will also strengthen your core.

Agree^^ incline bench is a great exercise! Works pretty much your entire chest and some shoulders!
