You have lived your whole life without zma.
    So, is it necessary? No.
Will it help you sleep? Possibly.
Is it safe with your medical condition? I think it should be. But contact your doctor first.

Does it boost test? I personally havent noticed any benefits of raised test due to it. Maybe someone can ref. to a study on it?
I dont see a great improvement with my sleeping when taking it although alot of people do, and swear by it so it may be worth a try sleep wise. Ive had good results with '****lyze' by species, although it is expensive. its main sleep enhancers are GABA and melatonin.
As far as im aware, you wont see a real lot of benefits from it unless you are slightly zinc or magnesium defficient.?
As for it effecting your cardiac arrythmia, i very much doubt it could have any effect on that.

Deep sleep, crazy ass dreams and morning wood, what's there not to like!

Zma for me is a staple everyday supplement.

Been taking ZMA for a week or two now and haven't noticed anything beneficial. Sleep quality has not been effected.

I'm taking Ergogenix' ZMA, three tabs before bed.

It's not necessary. Several people who train are slightly deficient in zinc and magnesium, which are some of the minerals that are depleted during moderate activity, so it is natural for those who are deficient to see benefits in it.

Personally when I took it I got vivid dream for the first week and it improve my sleep quality somewhat, but it quickly normalized the subsequent weeks after.

    For sleep:
    -ZMA
    -Melatonin
    -L-Theanine (or any GABA inhibitor)

    My suggestions.
