What a great day! I closed on the house, and hit a deadlift PR! I didnt have my belt, so I used Gregs, and it was a different bar than Im used to. It was still a deadlift bar, but the knurling wasnt as aggressive as Im used to. So Im very happy with how today went. Sorry, no video inb4vidoritdidnthappen570/500/715 - Best Gym Lifts @ 225 raw

Training has absolutely sucked lately becuase of the move. But the good news is were all settled in, and things should be getting back to normal. Ive been losing weight like its my job, so I gotta change that like yesterday. Theres nothing good to report on training wise, but Im starting my ME bench rotation Monday.
Here is a video of the new setup.

New gym is lookin fukin sick man! I totally wasn't expecting there to be a second room. Looks like you picked up quite a bit of new dope equipment. I'm pretty new to the whole PLing section so sorry if this is a retarded question, but you're roommate is your training partner? If so that's fukin sick.
Lookin forward to sessions filmed in the new gym.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Thanks brahs.
No, Greg isn't my roomie, but he is tossing around the idea of buying a house in my area. At my old house, he lived < 10 min from me. Now he lives about 20 min away. I would definately have him room with me, but I already had a friend living with me and my house isn't big enough from Greg and his dog too. Its a pretty small place.570/500/715 - Best Gym Lifts @ 225 raw

Notes
I have officially started my ME rotation today. The weights felt HEAVY, but I came within 15 lbs of my paused FP PR, so I cant be too upset with how today went. I ran out of gas really fast, so I just burnt thru accessory work today.
I also started GOMAD today, so my bodyweight should start to creep up again. I was 223 today and Id like to be 245 in a couple months. That might be tough, but Ill give it a shot.570/500/715 - Best Gym Lifts @ 225 raw

Heres my plan for my ME Upper rotation..
Week 1 - Floor Press *
Week 2 - Reverse Band
Week 3 - 2 Board *
Week 4 - to chest *
* I will press against chains more often than not.
I will run thru the rotation once with a comp grip, then once with a POR grip. After I run thru it with the POR grip, I will hit 2 board then floor press with a CG. I dont like taking CG to my chest because it makes my shoulder sad, so I will avoid reverse band and full range bench with a CG. After the 2 weeks with CG, I will restart the rotation with my comp grip.
I will not plan any deloads, I will just take them when I feel the need. Also, I will try to do a better job at rotating accessory work.
I kind of doubt my ability to stick to something I put down on paper, but Id really like to give this a fair shake. I think picking my 4 favorite movements and running thru them a few times will be more beneficial to me than have 15 different ME movements to rotate thru.570/500/715 - Best Gym Lifts @ 225 raw
