2. Sets of 6-8 with just my bodyweight are easy enough and are a good warmup. I like to hit them hard after pulling by adding weight and more reps to get good work in.

UPDATE!
Still doesn't feel wonderful. I tried doing pushups yesterday and I could "feel" it after a few reps. Training will be altered a bit for the next couple months, and I really think I needed to do that anyways.
Went to The Arnold over the weekend. Eric Spoto touched my shoulder and said "excuse me, and I get by you?". I fully expect this to heal my pec.570/500/715 - Best Gym Lifts @ 225 raw

Good to hear you're playing it smart. I have a glute strain right now and deadlifting AND squatting may have to go on hold for a week. Sucks, but I don't wanna make it worse. Also, since Spoto touched you there's a good chance you can bench a good 10lbs more than you could before. In before 515.
