I'm pretty sure you'd bench more if you ate a cigar and washed it down with motor oil before every workout.

Improve my total every time I step on the platform.
Being a male is a matter of birth. However, being a "man" is a matter of choice.
Photo in Avi is not current, I'm way fatter now.

GHR
LOL MY STREMPH HAS WENT BUH BYE ON THESE LOL
Wide Grip Chins
72 reps
Leg Extensions

Couple sets for the 6er
Notes
That was it. Srsly no wonder my pull is in the garbage can. My GHR stremph was pathetic today. When my pull was doing good I was hammerin GHRs HAM as a motha fuka adding weighted hats and bands and stuff. Doing this again will rejuvenate my deadlift and Ill get my swagger back.570/500/715 - Best Gym Lifts @ 225 raw

I like the plan man. Hammer those accessories and get your system back on line.
I must say I'm seriously impressed by your volume on chins. You weight 15-20lbs more than me and I can't do more than 50 total reps in a workout lol...
When you gonna start adding some weight on dem squats cuz? Seems like you should be adding 5lbs/session.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

I am pretty good at chins. Got dem lats brah. Yesterday I just did 6 sets of 12 and it was pretty easy.
I really don't wanna up the weight much on squats until I can hit close to depth with the form I need, and I can't do that yet. Adding 5 lbs/week don't do much for me right now. Id rather get my form somewhat comfortable then start adding weight at that point. But yes, hopefully that time comes somewhat soon :/
I wish you was right
U aware that's not consecutive, right? Lol. I could hit 20 or moar in a row tho.
Its srsly crazy. I didn't think slacking accessories would so dramatically kill my pull, but it definately has. I'm honestly not even worried tho, just mad at myself for letting it happen. Ill be back and stronger than before in no time.570/500/715 - Best Gym Lifts @ 225 raw

Lol no. Pound had him listed as doberman/bulldog though people ask me if he is a greyhound or lab. He's more on the amateur level, he's the fastest dog at the dog park. Probably another reason why people always ask me if he is a greyhound.
inb4 he doesn't look like a greyhound. i know, people are retarded.1372 @ 205

You just asploded my brain.
Aces tail looks exactly the same as that. How much does your dog weigh? Greyhounds average 65-70 lbs. Theyre a lot thinner that Great Danes. And they have much thinner heads and noses.
Omg look at them run. Its amazing. As you can see, their bodies completely leave the ground twice during their running motion. Once when their legs are under them (dog on the right), and again when they are fully spread out. I think its true that they are only in contact with the ground 20% of the time when they are at a full sprint. That is why they are so fast. Also, did you know they are the oldest breed ever? /greyhound lesson570/500/715 - Best Gym Lifts @ 225 raw
