Yeah, don't raise the incline. Shoulders are delicate. You could add chains though. That would be Ronnie like.

Thom2355 came over <3 Ended up having a pretty good session and got pretty yoked. DB presses are getting silly. We can get an add on kit up to 165 lbs, so we need to do that.
We have "Ironmaster" adjustable dumbells. Right now they adjust up to 120 lbs. You can order 45 lbs more directly from the company, so thats high on the priority list right now.

I didnt plan on going straight weight today, but thats the beauty of training by feel. I do what I want, when I want, and hit a big PR. 700 felt really good off the floor, but just didnt have the lockout stremph. That will come over the next few weeks, as I have a lot better idea on accessory work for my particular weakness. Overall, it was a great pulling session.

LMAOOO. If you dont love doing this, and have fun with it, theres no point in doing it. We have a lot of fun while we lift, and we work our asses off. Feelsgoodman.
The hat is a hand knitted hat with actual Budweiser cans cut and knitted in. Its so awesome. The hat, shirt, and a shake weight (LOL) were gym warming gifts from a buddy of mine. Theyre fantastic.

That 685 was nicely done, clean lift with good speed.
700 isn't far off but sometimes you just gotta pull the bar.. you spent almost 15 seconds bent over holding the bar before you started the lift.

You're spot on about the time I waste at the bar. I need to be more confident with my set up and just grip, take my air, set my hips, and fuarkin pull. Thanks buddy.

What exercises do you like for hitting the shoulders? Just lateral raises? I'm tossing out overhead press and push press for now to try out some different stuff for shoulders. But all I've done so far is DB Press which ain't that much different.

Bro, I thought my shoulder training was common knowledge on hurr by now! My shoulder training is basically exclusively DB lateral raises. I think heavy benching hits front delts plenty, and I hammer rear delts twice a week with band pull aparts, face pull variations, and upper back work..
