He smoked a 675 deadlift last night thats up there.

Im starting to think Im fukin up by trying to stay 220. I should be 230 and just try to be as strong as possible for now. Instead, Im hurting my stremph all to put up numbers at 220. 455 was ok, but tougher than it shoulda been, and 475 was a crappy grinder. The only thing I can hope is that DE bench on Thursday slightly hurt my strength on Saturday, but I dont think that was the case. I guess my plan for Saturday is 450/475/???. Ill just try to get all I can and move forward towards March.

As hilarious as this may sound, 635 was very big for me today. Im heading back in the right direction. I worked out a couple form issues, and I feel really good about moving forward. GHRs are getting stronger, and for me a stronger GHR = a stronger pull.

Not exactly thrilled with the outcome, nor am I mad about it. I kind handcuffed my stremph the last couple weeks my trying to make 220. Im glad I got a decent number in at 220, but i think Im better suited for 242.

Killed it at the meet (for a 220 at least hehe), killed that 705 DL, killin it son. Now keep up with them GHRs and pullups so you don't go backwards again
