Only if you get crumbs in your bed...

Seriously though, it is fine, eat what you want when you want as long as it fits your macros.

Depends on your goals. If you are trying to lose weight and you are aiming for 1800 cals a day, and the toast puts you over that then yes. But if it is keeping you within your macros then it's fine.

"Eating carbs before bed will turn straight to fat" is a myth, if that is what you are asking.

upon having a slice of toast before bed, my body instantly gained 25 kg of pure fat. I now live in a constant state of paranoia about my body fat, i get laughed at at school for my excessive toast eating, grades dropping, friends leaving, parents dont care about me anymore. I'm now writing this as i load my handgun. all because of the ****ing piece of toast after 8pm.

He was asking a question that he wanted a SERIOUS answer for, not someone to take the p***. Just because you think you know everything doesn't mean you have to put others down, try and be useful to somebody who is trying to better them self.

Yeh that's a bunch of bro-science. You can eat carbs whenever. I don't know if you were serious or joking though.
