Hello everyone, Im new to this blog and this is my first post ever, I have been clean bulking for 3 weeks now I currently stand 5ft7 155lbs, I have gained around 9lbs in 3 weeks and some of it might be water because im taking creatine monohydrate, my starting weight was around 145lbs , I have a very strict diet and no cheat meals or cheat day, i try to eat around 3000 clean calories a day , but its hard i have to push myself because i get full fast, i'm a ex boxer so my arms are okay but my chest and triceps sucks, need to make them bigger and work on them, I used to lift like 4 years ago and stopped just decided to hit the gym 3 weeks ago , NOW IM NOT GONNA STOP UNTIL MY HEART STOPS , THANKS FOR YOUR TIME, LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK, any advice or share of thought will be much appreciated also looking for some friends lol i got ZERO friends on this website

In just 3 weeks that's a great amount of progress well done! If that's just three weeks think of what you could achieve on a longer term basis

NO just Whey protein, was eating 500 calories above my normal maintenance level , the key is clean diet no fast or junk food, and maybe some cheat meals once in a while,
but when i reached 158 lbs and my weight didn't go up anymore i noticed that i couldn't eat that many clean calories and was struggling , so i purchased After Shock Critical Mass Chocolate Milkshake and mix it with 2 cups of whole milk , thats 1000 calories per shake, am drinking it twice a day one in the morning one after workout, so 2000 calories just in protein shakes and the rest like 1500 calories from clean food, now i'm 166lbs and moving up
