Hi! I'm 44 years old, male, 5'8" in height and 82 kg in weight. I started working out last June 11, 2012 and running 14 weeks already (1 to 1.5 hrs a day work out/ 5x a week). I can say, there's a lot of improvement now in my body as a whole. My friends told me that I've got the mass and bulky but I don' have the cuts.
For my supplement, recently I started using ON Whey Protein for 3 weeks and starting tomorrow I am going to use my newly ordered NO Xplode.
Prior to this, I need your honest advise, opinions and experiences how am I going to achieve the so called "CUTS/ RIPPED" body? Is there a workout combination? Do I need to spend more time doing my cardio?

You need to spend more time doing everything, you have been only at it 100 days and change.

I tell it like it is, if you want smoke blown up your ass or something sugar coated. I suggest you get a Hooker and a powdered donut.

You will not be the only one over 40 here who finds it difficult to lose fat. You want to lose fat and keep muscle.
My best advice is to count calories & have less potato, bread, rice. Have more brocolli/cauli/beans & protein like eggs/beef/fish. Dont have junk food. Get 100g protein each day and maybe have 2000 calories.
It IS a hard slog but worth it in the end.* ʍǝɹɔ ǝıssnɐ *
