    Good $h_t.

I counted 20 plates, 900lbs, so the platform is 120lbs? I just ask because I wasn't sure if I was correct in counting the platform in my leg press.

As far as doing a comfortable full set like you did, I can probably do about 775 or so.

I am new here, so you guys look more at weight lifted AND reps, not just maxes?

Yes; t's a Hammer Strength leg press and the sled is about 120 lbs; 118.5 to be exact.

And I only do 1RM on deadlifts, squats, bench press and barbell shoulder press.

1rm on machines is silly IMHO.

How often do you do leg press? I used to do it primarily, and thought I was getting strong stacking weight on in. Then I started reading articles about how squats were way better for overall muscle/strength gain. I've shifted more towards squats now, but try to alternate- I do 2 leg days a week, with squats on one and leg press on the other.

Never had a go at a leg press, but I estimate I could do 1000lbs easy. Looks like a piece of cake.

I never count the sled weight, just the plates. And every leg press is different, I belong to Anytime Fitness and work out in numerous clubs, most of them have the same Precor leg press where the foot plate has about a 30º bend to it at 1 point so you can hit the muscles from different angles. On that machine I suck and have only managed 450 lbs, but on the one at my main gym which is quite similar to the one in Flex's video I have managed to hit 650 and felt good doing it. And quite honestly my legs suck, have decent calf development but my quads and hamstrings are tight as well as weak...I neglected working out my legs for a long time and focused mainly on upper body. Now days I hit legs twice a week and everythings geting better.

It's a good pattern to follow. I'm not jealous of much but I do envy your squatting ability.

I am having that same problem as well. Seems like my metabolism is a bit fast after my last diet. I started out pre diet @217 and went down to 185. Now I've been back in bulking mode and put most of it back on but I'm stuck at 210 eating 4200-4800 calories a day. Was hoping to get up to around 240 or so but it just doesn't seem to be in the cards for me...
    Bulking.
