    4 Month Skinny to Muscle Transformation (Pectus Excavatum)

    I have a deformity know as pectus excavatum. It is basically a deformity in my chest that makes it concave. I used to be extremely skinny and only 125 lb, and it was extremely noticeable. I am 5'11" and 17 years old. 6 months ago, I joined my local gym. I didn't begin working out on a regular basis until about 4 months ago. Since then, I have been eating a lot more, drinking mass gainer, and following many routines. Currently I am following Babylover's SS Routine which I love. I now weigh 148 lb, and my chest looks a lot better. I can't wait to continue my journey and see how much more I can grow and improve. Here are some transformation pictures! Let me know what you think. I focus mostly on my chest in the pics.

    Thanks! and Oh trust me I was lol. A tall 17 year old should not weigh 125 lb.

    Wow you were and I thought I was skinny before I started working out! Check my pics out, I too have Pectus, like yours, maybe worse. Benn working out for 10 months now, think it's getting better.
