    i refuse to believe genetics play a huge role in bodybuilding

    lulz, anyone builds muscle at roughly the same rate. its just spread out more based on ur height and frame.

    genetic variations, although they do play a part, are small at best.

    'genetics' was a term made up by those on celltech as an excuse for making insane tech-like progress so that they could claim natty without many people questioning it

    this is purely based on lbs of muscle gained not shape/proportions

    Do you really think the guy who weighs 140 pounds and is super small all over can ever look like Arnold? No, we have limitations. That's why some people fail even when they try really hard. Some people just don't got it.

    Your genetics are going to set a ceiling on you at some point. It's up to you to reach your maximum potential though.

    its just that they have an ultra tan to show more definition, and are expected and stereotyped to be jacked as a norm. therefore they are more likely to train earlier and for longer than your average whitey (lulz).

    ive seen way more blacks with no/little muscle mass and strength or ****ty progress

    ur body will adapt to it and u'll still gain but doesn't mean its the fastest or most optimal way
