    Smile Does the amount you sh it affect how much weight you put on?

    Hey well does the more often you go to the toilet affect how much weight you might put on?

    Eg: A person who never sh its becomes fat but a person who always does = thin

    Feces are just waste. Actually ****ting regularly shows a healthy disgesting system, where nutrients are extracted well and efficiently. Not ****ting offten (constipation) can mean that that the digestive system is not so optimal, bad diets can result to this. (If your digestive system doesn't perform well, its ability to extract nutrients might be inpaired which is not ideal.


    Bad diets would usually result in bad defecating patterns (so a byproduct of bad eating habbits).

    You **** out waste lol.....how much you go to the toilet is dependant on your diet, how much your body can use vs how much is garbage. You cant just go to the bathroom more or less for no reason........but i guess you could say if you **** more you probs will gain more because you ate more

    Well... ****ting frequency isn't 100% correlated with volume. A diet rich in fiber will mean that you will turn feces around much quicker than a diet low in fiber. So even if you eat the same ammoiunt of food, You will probably **** more with a high fiber diet, but smaller quantities, if that makes sense

    Ya your right, I just mean in general the more you eat the more waste their will be....but there are obvs many factors which can affect it such as like you said having a high fiber diet, and also having a clean nutrient rich diet your body will use more of the food and less will become waste, but even with these factors more often than not more food= more waste

    Ok so you already got your answer but I'm just going to throw a hypothetical out there for you.

    Imagine if, in a human's lifetime, their anus only ever opens once, at the age of say, 40. Roughly the middle-point of your life. So for the first 40 years we just pack on weight with every little bit of food we eat, and eventually become fatter and fatter and by the time we're 25 we're deemed totally unattractive, UNTIL, we get to **** it all out when we hit 40, and we turn back into the sexy beasts we once were. However, we slowly fill up (people would learn to eat much much less) with food once again, and the only reason death exists is because we explode from too much innards.

    Was actually a dream I had srs.
