I'm now in college so I'm still adapting to a whole new eating and training atmosphere... For instance, all the bars here are the short bars that most likely weigh 35lbs. It sucks.

I started doing military press tonight but my shoulders hurt a little, so I decided not to do anything serious because I've had problems with them from my job of pushing shopping carts. Deadlifting went well, I felt that I could have gotten a couple more with 315, so next week I'll try for 5. This was also my first time deadlifting in chucks as opposed to wrestling shoes in which I have used for a long time, so it will take a little getting used to.
All in all, glad that my strength is coming back.
Going for a 295x6 squat and a 60x8 dumbbell bench on Friday.

Got my goal of 315x6 squat. Feeling more and more confident that 315x8 is within my grasp as each week passes. Going to start adding in hamstring work though as I feel my quads do way too much of the work.
Benching went well also.

I was sick all weekend and did not eat much as a result. I also didn't take caffeine before I lifted today. Not a good combo. I'm going to do regular deadlifts on Wednesday instead of sumo because my hips are getting trashed.

Very very very disappointed that I only squatted 315x6. However, my lower back was sore to the point that it literally hurt to squat, so that definitely factored into it.

Fairly good day today. I was going for a 315x3 deadlift today but 275 went up way too slowly; I had to adapt and pulled 295x5 instead which I'm not disappointed with.
I NEED to squat 315x7 on Friday... trying to get in more calories and place more emphasis on mobility work.

Almost the same bench numbers, i got a little edge in deadlift....
then you squat 80ish pounds more than me, for reps.
Good job though, srs. Hit dat 315x8!

Got in a good amount of food these past few days, sleep hasn't been bad either. Definitely feeling a good training session in the afternoon.
Yeah I definitely have focused the most on improving my squat throughout my time lifting, most fun lift by far in my opinion.

I was going for a 340x5 and 365x1 squat; I most likely would have gotten them but the rec center only has short bars which make it very annoying to squat with and in turn made the plate get stuck on the safety pins both times...
