Back in on this thread. Currently a little over 165 morning weight and by far the leanest I've been since I was like 110lbs. Squatted 345x8 deep without a belt yesterday and benched 215x6 a few days ago. Gonna get back into heavy sumo pulling on Wednesday and see where I'm at.
It's time to start training like a lunatic and regularly hitting PR's again.

I wanted to squat 365x6 today but I was not mentally there today at all. I reviewed the video and the rep with 365 was flawless and fast... oh well. I hit a PR 3 days ago so I can't complain. I need to keep up with the core work again.
