Been working out for about 1 year and 5 months. I just turned 17 about 2 weeks ago, how are my gains? Im also thinking about competing in March if anyone has some helpful information.

Are you serious? lol if i wasnt natty and i looked like i do i would quit working out. If you want good gains you just have to be dedicated. I never skip going to the gym and always make sure im eating right. The only supp i take is whey and sometimes pre workoutOriginally Posted by TrenBra
