So I finally got round to making protein fluff
250 Almond milk
200g frozen berries
45g Casein protein
Mixed in a bowl with the hand mixer for 10 mins (until very fluffy)
whole thing is less than 300 cals....but it seems just a little bit of it is really filling!

Going to have to reformat, apparently my Windows installation is corrupt. I've tried Opera, Safari, Chrome, Firefox, IE, none show OP's picture.
I might even have to dual boot into Linux.

I do something very similar, with sugar free instant choc pudding, Elite-7 choc whey, 2 tbs of natty PB, and 1/4 of raw oats.
