It's called you're overeating. You overeat and usually you will feel woozy.

Doubtful, 10oz of chicken has 86g Pro and that's considered a snack.

It could make you gassy I guess...I eat 300+ grams of protein a day and I never feel sick from it...I just crop dust the whole office and pant my shatz non-stop.

should be fine. unless you had a bad reaction to something depending on the protein source i will literally clear a room from the gas. i leave trails along hallways
and look back to see if anyone has landed in my field of gas if they have i will pray for them.

That may be a little to much, or maybe you have a little bit of an allergy or you may be sensitive to something in one of them. I use to be lactose in tollerant and it would give me really bad stomach issues when I had dairy.

During some meals I consume around 70 to 80 grams of protein, not on purpose I just eat poorly. However I have never had an issue with the amount of protein at once. My guess would be if you had milk that was probably it.
