Best Multi Vitamin?

Whats the best Multi Vitamin? Apart from animal pak as its not available in my country.

Controlled Labs Orange Triad or Gaspari Nutrition Anavite. OT has a joint complex as well as an immune&digestion complex, Anavite includes Beta-Alanine. All depends on what you are looking for.

Source Naturals Life Force is what I use, but a multi is not really essential. If you are eating a well balanced diet you should be fine.

Just finished Animal Pak, It was good but it got tiring taking so many pills. Im on Orange Triad now. I like that it has basically all you need in it so I no longer have to buy joint support supplements.

Does lots for a multivitamin -- provides the essentials, joint support, digestive support, and immune support. They also regularly go on sale as well, making them even a better deal.

Orange Triad for all the reasons listed above. I've been taking it for 4 months now and really like it. I take it in the morning right after my workout and then again at night between dinner and bedtime.

Just from reading the labels, I'd go with Orange Triad over Anavite. At full dosage on both, Orange Triad basically doubles everything Anavite has, although Anavite has a 60 day supply vs 45 for OT, so it depends on whether you'd think OT has too high of dosages.

Plus OT has the join/flex support and Anavite has beta-alanine, so there ya go.

Well crap. That's where they get ya. So similar dosings for recommended usage, but a container of OT will last you 45 days, where as (going by the directions), Anavite will only last 30 days (using the 180 tablet container).

Still more vitamin D though. :P

Basic (but still use good ingredients) - AORs Life Force

I use doctor's best joint support in addition to my anavite, and supplement with 2g of EPA/DHA per day as well

we use Albion Chelated minerals, which are the absolute best you can buy
we also recently removed the artificial coloring, and increased the magnesium to be a full 100% RDA, which is something you very rarely see in a multivitamin

Those two changes, especially going 100% Albion, are more expensive for us as a company, but the price fo the product has remained the same... passing on improvements and value to our customers

A lot of pressed tablet multi's have shown to have poor absorption in the body, whereas Medivin is a liquid within a gel cap & has shown to have superior absorption (based on dissolution studies) vs. these pressed tablet multi's. It contains 5000iu of Vit D3 and has fish oil (albeit not enough for your daily requirements).
