karbolyn alternative?

I currently take All American EFX: Karbolyn , is there a cheaper alternative to this supplement ? I really like this im just looking for something a little cheaper .

Blender up some oats. Cal:carb is different though

you could just get some waxymaize or use oats. but i would spend the extra $$ and opt for the karbolyn if you can

so karbolyn is the best bet ? or will oats work the same ?

Oats work the same. I am also a lot fuller using ground oats.

How do u consume them ? I was thinking using a coffee ground blender to blend y oats so they are ultra fine then just mix it with my protein

I would go with Gaspari Glycofuse once it's released, or maybe you can even find it already online.

I just eat oatmeal lol

Some just blend them with a shake, others take a spoonful with water and down it.

Dump it all in a blender with your protein powder. I do that with my shake. There's ON Glyco-Maize, but I never tried it so can't recommend it.

Just started using SportPharma's Carb Max.

it's a great product and really affordable.
karbolyn is good too(although i have never tried it), it just seems very overpriced imo

Gaspari and VPX have interesting new carb supps out as well. Per gram of carbs though, they wont really save you any money unfortunately.
