    Creatine

I'm thinking about starting on some creatine. I've never really used too many supps except the basic vitamins, BCAA's and protein and i've gotten great results just from eating clean and lifting heavy. But just your opinions on creatine? If I did take it I'd just stick w/ the monohydrate

What exactly are you looking for , creatine is probably the most widely used/researched supp fits into any stack.

Honestly just bigger and better gains. I know it fills the muscle, so i'm also curious as to if i'll keep the size once I stop supping w/it?

Some people gain and lose water weight but its rarely significant if you stick to 3-5 grams a day

Diet and training will determine size. There is no reason to cycle off creatine.
