What a week! I sincerely thought I would end up +3lbs. At my heaviest this week I was almost 206, but somehow I managed to get back down to 198.6, which is a loss of a pound.

I'll submit my final weight first thing in the morning Krete; I neglected to weigh myself today. I don't think the number will be a good one to finish this comp, it's been a week of sweets. Tossed the remainder out today.
I'll also be joining the next comp tomorrow. I gather I have ~35lb to lose still.

I'm confused...
Is one just finishing up, and another just starting?...
I don't want to miss the first submission.

Ahh gotcha Didn't even look at the dates, just saw weight loss competition, clicked on it and saw people submitting.
I submit my app to Join the new one, that's why I was worried didn't know if I needed to submit an official starting weight today or what.

You have to send a PM to the person who is running the Jan1-Apr1 comp. Go to that thread and read the op. It has all the instructions.

Much appreciated. I'm starting to feel really small cause I've never been this lean before. My mind is playing games with me....'You're losing tons of lbm!'......'Nah, you're fine. You never had that lbm to begin with'. It's good to hear you say that it looks like I'm maintaining some lbm.

I'd say little to no lbm was lost. You just don't have a lot of lbm to begin with. Keep it up you're almost there; the mind can be tricky lol

Hey guys
Pretty crazy that it's at the end, huh? Really great results for a few people! I hope that those who will stop cutting now are happy with themselves and that those who move on to the new one do good as well. I took a progress picture, very poor quality iPod camera though, but since I'm still a noob I can't embed them. I don't know if you'll be able to click on it or if someone could kindly embed. i45.tinypic com /2wgbpcw.jpg
