In keeping with previous competitions, we will continue on throughout the Fall. We have had two successful competitions over the past 7 months. If you want to lose fat, this is the competition for you. We have less than a 10% success rate, which means that 90% of the occupants that enter drop out. The ones that remain lead a happy and healthier life. Success if you ask me. If you want it, you'll stick it out.
Anyone is welcome to join. I got a decent spreadsheet system in place here which keeps track of everything, and all you have to do is submit your weight 1x a week, the rest of the work is done for you.
The Rules:
- DEADLINE FOR ENTRY IS 11:59 p.m. on OCTOBER 1ST. I will not be accepting late entrants. PLEASE ENTER ON TIME!
- THERE IS NO PICTURE REQUIREMENTS.
- THERE IS NO BODY FAT PERCENTAGE REQUIREMENTS. (Do not submit BF % please. Thanks.)
HOW TO ENTER. Simply send me a private message with your name and current weight in the SUBJECT line please. (The proper format can be found below in the How to submit weigh in section)
HOW TO SUBMIT WEIGH-INs. Anytime on Sunday, preferably earlier the better, please send me a PM in the following fashion:
[your_name] - [xxx] - FAT LOSS COMP
| where your_name = your user name;
| xxx = your current weight
| Fatloss COMP = (put this at the end so I know this PM is related to the competition PLEASE ! THANKS!)
- If you do not submit to me in this format, I will simply ignore your PM.
- Please use this method to submit your initial weigh in also.
HOW YOU CAN GET DROPPED. You will be dropped upon two weeks of non submission. Simple as that.
Spreadsheets will normally be updated sometime on Sunday, and I'll usually make a post with the link. In addition, there will be a random graph showing the progress of all contestants, and how they compare to everyone else.
