Been feeling unusually hungry lately. Gone up to eating at maintenance for the last 4-5 days. I'm losin' it!

I managed to shove around 2600 cals down today. My eating has been all over the place and my body comp is starting to show it..

Getting back on the bandwagon in all parts of my life though, and gonna get back on top of this. I seriously need to pack on like 20 lbs of mass.

That's crazy that you had to 'shove' down 2600 cals. If I don't pay attention to my intake and reign it in, I easily kill 3-4kcals in a day. I guess that's why I had 100 lbs to lose. :/ Forever watching intake crew.

Yea lately with staying up late, drinking lotsa caffiene, being stressed out, etc..I just have a hard time eating enough food. I'm struggling to manage my weight at 183-185ish. But today I am changing my life around. I started yesterday but relapsed, so I restarted today.

And it started with giving my body a rest, and I literally napped the whole day away today to give my body a chance to catch up. I think I've been barely eating 1800 cals, with some days only eating like 800 calories..sad I know. It's stress related though, 100%.

Ah what the hell..I'll go into detail. I've been struggling this whole semester. My ex left me, but that's ok because it wasn't a healthy relationship anyways. However, we had a place/kid together so I had to move out my stuff, get a new place, and now I'm driving like 100 miles a day it seems between dropping the kid off/picking up at daycare, then having her only certain days of the week, etc. Not to mention I was really sick for a month. I'm stuck with this nasty cough. On top of it all, I've started playing poker more than I should be a week (like 3x) and I should be studying or working instead. In addition, I've picked up drinking (not getting drunk) but having a few drinks a night/few times a week, and I even smoke the herb on top of it. (daily). I know I'm a smart individual, and have accomplished many thing, but i have many more goals that I want to accomplish but I'm not doing anything right now to get there. So, starting today, I made a promise to myself to quit all the things I enjoy, do the things I don't want to do but that I know are necessary to get to where I want to be. I'm looking for some support groups, possibly AA or something of the like. I did more studying today than I have all semester it seems. I'm on the verge of failing my first class ever, and I've only got 9 classes to go for my bachelors.

Sorry for the rant. Nice to get it off the chest though.

Well, bro, it sounds like you are realizing that your long-term goals are far more important than your short-term 'wants'. Good on you for realizing it and making a change.

Finishing school probably seems like it's really far away, but 9 classes is NOTHING. You have already gone through, what...30-35 classes? Get that chit done, graduate, ceo 10k a day, and live the dream mang!

Hey all! Things are going OK on my end. Just taking a break from studying for my last final. I've managed to knock off two 5-hour exams but my last one is on Monday so I'm trying to focus and not let stress food tempt me. These two weeks have been much tougher than holidays or anything like that.

Hopefully I'll have good news to report tomorrow for the weigh in.

Just when you think things are going great bang, the snapping i did on the legpress on my knee a few weeks ago finally striked back, only went to the gym on monday after that i could barely walk, demotivational as hell.

Trying to get back on track after last weeks business trip. Trying to get on a work out schedule is harder than I remember it while working this rotating shift. Not having the results I want but at least they are heading in the right direction.... so I'll take them for now.

We lost another 8 this week! What a shocker. There was a few names I was surprised by, and I'm hoping they come back on. Right now though, we are down to 20 people remaining, meaning we had 81 people drop out since the start.

I am very proud of you all for making it this far. With only 2 weeks left, you guys gotta finish strong! Hang in there. I know it's tough with the Holidays right around the corner, but for your health and your happines, just hold on!

still on 216 had a hellish week, going to see a doctor about my crippling knee pain next week
