Weight is stagnant. Today I will start strictly counting calories, I have wanted to avoid doing that as I tend to become obsessive but something has to change. It has worked in the past so makes sense to return to it. Myfitnesspal is damianmk for accountability.
I've got my mind set on 175lb which should put me around ~13%BF at which point I will concentrate on strength gains.

Got sick with flu or something. Been fighting it since Monday. This after taking a 2 week break from proper diet and exercise due to work travels. Overall, somehow I've dropped 5 lbs, and hit below 190lbs for the first time since... since I can even remember. Damn that felt good, but I know the illness has to be contributing so the victory isn't as rewarding. Really anxious to get back in it :-P
Ballin, friend. I'd say I'm coming for your spot but... ****, lol. You got your head straight, glad to see it.

I think I may know why my weight has stalled this week. I have been taking green beans as my veggie for lunch instead of broccoli and I have been dumping like 4 or 5 little packets of salt on them instead of my normal 1 or 2. I wonder if that small increase could be making me retain water. Ah well.....we'll see.

Weight stayed the same as last week. I only exercised once this week.
I have been keeping a food journal but I need to start back using
my fitness pal to track my calories.
I'm sure I'm going over my calorie goal of 1500 daily.
Congratulations to everyone who lost this week.
And congratulations to everyone for just sticking with your goal of remaining in this competition!

That's my goal too! Can't wait lol
Although Last week I only lost 1 lb. this week has been good 5.5lbs. Seems like my loss each week is getting into some kind of pattern, small loss one week and big loss the next. Wiered
Ohwell 6 lbs to go! Shall see how the next two weeks go, but hoping for around 95kg or 210lbs by 1st jan.

Well sadly the scale didn't move for me this week. I've lost enough weight that I'm going to have to drop my cals to keep making progress. I realistically only have 3-4 more lbs to lose to be at my goal leanness before bulking so the next couple of weeks are going to be really tough. I expect I'll likely drop out of this comp before Jan 1st as I'll hopefully be starting to bulk before then.

Fall in about 1700-2000 cals a day. 150-160g Protein, 70g Fats, minimal carbs (not quite into keto range, but usually in the 80-150 range).
It's not a lot of food. EC stack helps a ton with appetite and energy levels. And I miss beer. And irish/scotch whiskey.
EDIT - you're down quite a bit yourself

Lost 4.6 pounds this week. I honestly ate like a madman on Monday (family had a BBQ, ate TONS of boneless, skinless chicken thigh and quite a bit of carne asada, chips like crazy, ice cream, etc, basically the worst day I've had so far since beginning) and then cut down a bit the other days. I guess I cut down a bit too much....
Anyway, Thanksgiving's coming up this week. What are you guys planning to do?Blue team!!
April 1st- July 1st cutting progress

Any week that ends up going in the direction that you desire is a good week. I used to obsess about the scale, now I still get on every day, but don't really worry about it. I don't even disrobe, the exact weight doesn't matter. I've learned that since I always eat under my TDEE I really don't need to worry much.
I had a few guys on here do a BF% check for me, and they said 25/26%. My hand held said 15.5/15.4 today. Loose skin doesn't help, but I'm probably some where in the middle. It keeps going down on my device, I shouldn't complain to much.
