Just a heads up. Going to be opening up the next competition within 5-7 days for Jan 1st to April 1st.
I hate to say it, but I'll probably be in on this. I had originally thought that at 185 lbs I'd be done cutting. This morning I weighed in at 179 and now I feel like I could lose at least another 5 lbs, though 10 is probably more realistic to start hitting the "visible abs" range.
Anyway, count me in, and wish me luck on dropping out voluntarily well before April 1st.
Workout Log (All Pro's Simple Beginner's Routine, started 9/14/2012)
I have lost 5lbs since Sunday so I had a lot of water weight.
I was getting depressed about going back to my competition
starting weight. But I just need to focus on finishing
this year strong so I can go into the new year strong
and finally reach my goal weight in 2013.
Looks like only about a half pound down this week. I upped my cals by 200 per day since the last 3 weeks I have been losing 2-3 lbs. So, I could be holding on to a bit more water. Either way, i know i was still in a ~5000 deficit this week.
How's everyone holding up? Anyone preparing some tricks to weather the Christmas party/day food damage?
My week has gone fairly well but I'm starting to think I just tend to hold water weight from Wed-Sat. Seems like my scale weight goes up during those days before heading back down and bottoming out each Tuesday. Kind of strange but it just seems to be my body's cycle.
I think I dropped a lot of water weight because I had a 6lb drop.
I did eat too much sodium though. I'm just glad it dropped back down to my
average range. After Christmas I'm going to focus on
really cleaning up my diet.
