Hit some body weight dips to ease back with high rep work.
BW x 32 reps
BW x 20
BW x 17
BW x 12
BW x 10 (down slow, up fast each rep)
BW x 10 (Progressive tempo: slow to fast and blast off stand on last rep)
BW x 10 (fast to slow temo with pause at bottom of each rep)
Took 1.5 scoops of Pineapple Beta-Cret and the tingles were almost non-existant. But the workout was grinding out all reps with lock out. One young gun was trying to hang and I did my best to get him to push harder for extra reps and not quit

Beta-Cret is working!
Doms was rewarding...pretty mild with muscle tightness. Light stretching on Monday. Tuesday is going to ROCK on Upper Back or Legs. My lower back was tweaked while pulling a koi pond pump out of the pump house. The coupling requires some leverage and my rake handle broke and I took a good shot to my Schnoz last Saturday. Feeling better every day (back and nose)!
Thanks Stone Cold Slither
Supplements: So I'm changing up my stack from Gluta-Tren + Con-Cret to just Beta-Cret. I will add Con-Cret when I start doing some lower rep work. Last session was a heaping scoop of BT. Today I will see how 2 scoops feels, as I stated the tingles were mild after my week off all sups.Send a friend to invite on ********--> Marty Tolmich/Personal Trainer

Tuesday Pulls
My wife is always the hardest to shop for...this year I hope to surprise her with some (horse) riding gear. Everyone else gets a stack of supplements to enrich a winter Workout Program
Never late, just early for the next Workout! Welcome to the Cret-Community where all our friends are solid!
Wide grip tapper bar Lat Pulls / Transitioned to narrow grip Chin Up Pulls
Wide ---> Chins (no rest transition)
120 x 10
140 x 10
160 x 10
180 x 5 ---> 10 reps
200 x 1 ---> 8 reps
220 x .5---> 5 reps
240 x 0 ---> 1.5 (failure reps)
230 x 0 ---> 1.5
220 x 0 ---> 2.5
210 x 0 ---> 3.5
200 x 1.5---> 4
190 x 2.5-5-> 5
180 x 4 ----> 6
170 x 5 ----> 8
160 x 5 ---> 10
150 x 5 ---> 10
140 x 8 ---> 12 (done)
Supplements: Tonight was two full scoops of Beta-Cret only about 30 minutes before lifting.
Notes: Shot some hoops for about 15 minutes before workout. I'm looking forward to lifting the full stack again (260)...240 went up for a solid rep and then gassed on a second rep. Tonight's rest profile was to walk one lap around the basketball court between each set. I did not have a watch but would guess it is between 90-120 seconds to walk? It should be noted that I spend more time on the backside of the Pyramid after my max effort for the lift.Last edited by Bronzebird; 12-19-2012 at 10:19 AM.

Forearms and Back are recovered
It is a fine line of enduring training pain that can lead to a muscle or joint strain...The recovery phase is important to allow the healing for a stronger body. Overtraining is not making progess!
New Bench Machine with incline and decline grips
Incline
90 x 10
120 x 10
150 x 10
180 x 8
210 x 1 (done)
Decline
225 x 6
225 x 6
225 x 5
225 x 4
210 x 4
195 x 5
180 x 5
165 x 6 (done)
Supplements: Took 1 scoop of Con-Cret and 1 scoop of Beta-Cret about 30 minutes before workout. Short rest periods between sets was good and the declines was better than I expected for the 225 sets.Send a friend to invite on ********--> Marty Tolmich/Personal Trainer

Any Gear Heads out there?
Yep, had a great time with the family and working on small engine rebuild. Check out the vid...
In between workouts and over the holiday I rebuilt this old saw my uncle was sending to the dump...I have a friend that needs a saw and that was my motivaiton to get the saw fixed. I only replaced the piston rings (low compression) and paid $12 ebay for parts. Labor was about ten hours, the REWARD was joy when I got the saw fired up
Here is a vid of the 1967 McCulloch 250 80cc two stroke saw
If anyone has an old saw that needs a good home, I will pay for shipping cost and try to get it running again!Send a friend to invite on ********--> Marty Tolmich/Personal Trainer

Busy time for 2013, we just sent out over 50 free samples of Snake Fruit Con-Cret in the forum--> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...post1013467573
I look forward to some great reviews and workouts!
My workouts are getting done on my breaks at work. I feel lucky to have two fitness centers available at the facility. One with mostly machines is close to my work location. The other is mostly free weights and when it is nice enough outside I can ride a company bike to the free weight center. My home gym has not been used this year as my free time has been working with the horses and rebuilding chainsaws for Oregonian wood cutters. I learned the knack of small engine rebuilding riding dirtbikes 30 years ago...tick tock on the biological clock. Glad I kept my tools oiled as they have been put to good use lately.
Last night was shoulders and looking forward to temps rising into the 40's again as it has been in the low 30 degree mark for a couple of weeks. Not normal around the Willamette Valley to not get some rain to warm things up...Send a friend to invite on ********--> Marty Tolmich/Personal Trainer

New Product Sampe: Capsi Blast Ultra Thermo Mandarin flavor
ProMera Sports has some new products! Here is my initial review of the Capsi Blast Mandarin:The flavor is sweet and goes down smooth with one scoop and six ounces of water. The after taste is spicy hot on the tounge and back of the throat, so a water chaser was used to get rid of the heat. I could feel the thermogenic blend of supplements working in about 10 minutes. My wife also likes the flavor and looks forward to shedding a few extra pounds of fat before the spring and summer weather...
Flavor: 10
Mixability: 8 (got to swirl the bottom bits in the cup that are spicy and linger on the palette)
Energy: to be determined
Notes: I had acup of black coffee at 7 am and another at 8:30 after my barn chores. I will try again for some morning workouts without coffee? That will be different!

Updates for the Cret Community
The new products are working out great for me and some of my friends that share my work schedule/play schedule. The Amino Tren vid and my run time improvement should speak for it self that supplements provide motivation and determination to make progress happen. So my first 6 mile run this year was 75 minutes and today's 6 miler was 62 minutes. This is huge for me and it took some time for my hamstrings to recover last week. So I hope you enjoy the video and I look forward to your reviews of our new products soon!
Todays Cardio was improved by 13 minutes!
