    Summer has come to an end. Bulk season now?

    As summer comes to an end, what are your plans for the fall/winter? Stay cut? Bulk? There is a recent picture of me in my profile, still unsure on what I want to do.

    What do you guys have planned, feel free to discuss.

    What exactly do you mean by insulin resistant? I'm an endomorph so im very carb sensitive as it is. I thought insulin spikes were bad? I'm confuse on this subject

    Too much insulin from too much carbohydrates eventually cause insulin resistance. (Some insulin is great for anabolism but too much causes a curve ball effect.)

    i m bulking since may...
    I will start a cut in 1-2 weeks for 2+ months to drop 13 lbs and get shredded.


    Just a bit mad cause i made the most gains in the last 1+ month (maybe cause i changed routine and upped the cals)while i made little gains in the first 3+
    Hope i will still make that much progress once i start bulking again
