Hit 3x8, 3 sets of 8 with a weight for DB Shoulder Press, should keep doing this for a week then increase or just increase weight next session???

if your struggling to hit 8, (if the last two or so reps are difficult), keep using that weight but move your reps to 9 or 10. If you can hit that, then move up your weight.
If you can do 8 no issues, then up the weight
Of course this is assuming your not wanting to hit reps lower than 8 and want to keep 8 as a minimum rep range.twitter @SpencerGull
