So your not even training legs?
Try a split like this:
Monday: Chest and Triceps
Tuesday: Back and biceps
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: Shoulders and Abs
Saturday/Sunday: Legs
Do compound movements for each muscle, and maybe 3-6 sets of isolation movements.Friday 12th October
Bench press - Rep max: 145 lbs
Military press - Rep max: ???
Close grip bench press - Rep max: 154 lbs
Squats - Rep max: 205 lbs
Bent over barbell rows - Rep max: ???
Deadlifts - Rep max: ???
